Issue: Once you’ve synchronized successfully with your 3rd party IMAP/POP3/OWA-Account and you descide to remove the account from the BES, you may no longer receive new mails for this mail account, after you’ve added it to your BES again. The mail account setup finished successfully, and the first activation confirmation mail received on you mobile device. However, even after hours no new mails are delivered to your Blackberry device. However, if you try to send mails from that accout they are delivered successfully.
Solution: Consider to remove all your already synchronized mails of your 3rd party mail accounts. Attention: Check that you only select to remove the mail from your smartphone NOT from your mailbox (otherwise you will remove all your mails also on the server-side). Then setup again the partnership on the BES and you should receive new mails again.
